As the Lead UX designer for the Communities Team, I helped to maintain the backlog of work for the team and worked closely with the Product Team to design features to help customers make more informed purchase decisions.
Design: Product Detail Page reviews
Worked on all aspects of reviews across Phones, Tablets, and Desktop. This included a visual refresh of the reviews section for the product detail pages. This is an early concept of the review section. I explored many different approaches for improving this section of the site.
Design: Improving review submissions
One of my goals as lead was to simplify and increase review submissions on Amazon. I created this wireframe to concept out a method for reviewing multiple products easily.
Around this time I got another designer on my team (reporting to me). I worked with them on this project to bring it to market.
Design: Review quotes
Worked through many iterations of how to display three quotes and communicate how these quotes represented more than one person. This was a challenge. Each quote is a representation of the most common topics mentioned in all the reviews combined.
